The service

CVRails lets you create an interactive professional profile and share it with a link. The free plan has limits (projects, certificates, languages and storage) shown in your panel.

Your account

You must be at least 16 and give a valid email. You are responsible for what is done with your account: keep your password safe.

Your content

What you publish remains yours. You allow us to host it, adapt it to the template you choose and show it to people who visit your profile, only to provide the service. That permission ends when you delete it or your account.

You confirm you have the right to publish that content and that it is truthful: do not claim degrees, certificates or experience you do not have.

Acceptable use

You may not:

• Impersonate another person or company.
• Publish illegal, offensive or misleading content, or content that infringes the rights of others.
• Send spam through the contact form.
• Try to access other people's accounts, overload the service or get around its limits.

Moderation

Anyone can report a profile. If it breaks these terms we may hide it or suspend the account. If you think it was a mistake, write to us.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may close it if you seriously break these terms.

Warranties and liability

We provide the service as is and do our best to keep it running, but we cannot guarantee it. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or for decisions third parties make based on your profile.

Changes and governing law

We will email you about significant changes. These terms are governed by the laws of Ecuador, without prejudice to the rights granted by the law of your country.
